Yes, you are welcome to give the cleaner a key. For convenience, many of our clients are not home when their cleaner comes and therefore prefer to give the cleaner a key. All our cleaners went through a police clearance check, so you have had peace of mind in doing so.

To ensure scheduling accuracy and reserve your preferred cleaning slot, we kindly request a deposit of $50 upon booking. This helps us maintain our commitment to quality service for all our clients.

Yes, our team comes in prepared with everything they need to clean your home. If you prefer that we use a particular brand, just let us know in advance or on the day the cleaner shows up and our cleaners will use the equipment or chemical that you provide.

Yes, we do. If you leave out the fresh linen, we will make your bed and even put the dirty linen in the wash for you.
